Following an investigation into the award of the Bailey’s Olympia qualifier at Royal Windsor, The National Pony Society’s independent Referrals Committee has recommended that, given the existence of a number of areas of conflict within the NPS Rule Book, that there should be no reprimand to either the judge or the competitor. They strongly recommended that the Rule Book be reviewed in order to remove the current anomalies, whereby competition rules appear to conflict with the general rules for showing. Their adjudication recommended that the judge concerned be exonerated and that the Windsor qualification should be reinstated. The Disciplinary Committee of the NPS has unanimously decided, in the light of the Referrals Committee’s decision, that the Rule Book should be comprehensively reviewed, to both ensure that it is in plain English and also to remove anomalies and conflicts that currently exist. In addition, those competitors affected by this adjudication have been informed that the NPS Secretariat will be verifying the following qualifications: Royal Windsor Horse Show                             Waitwith ConnieNPS Area 20                                                   Pennal Calon MaiNPS Area 25                                                   Moortown Hamish
