NPS/Picton M&M Novice Ridden National Championship Final - MM-NR

Eligibility for the 2011 Final of this Competition has been clarified by addition of the following condition

vi) If a pony qualifies for Olympia, HOYS or RIHS in it’s second year it is immediately de-noviced and cannot compete in the Picton Final.

Further clarification of the eligibility for this Competition is being considered for the 2011 Rules Book.
