Registration Forms 2010 - Please note that the old forms can no longer be accepted as DEFRA requires a standard format for the markings diagram page in all passports. The silhouette of the pony must be on the bottom half of the page and the words on the top half. Please download the new forms from the NPS Forms page under the STUD BOOK tab or call the office for us to send you some.
