Ballot of NPS Members
Published in: Miscellaneous on: 4 Feb 2009

There have been a large number of enquiries regarding the ballot of members regarding the rule for the NPS / Bailey's Horse Feeds M&M Supreme Ridden Pony of the Year (Olympia).

The NPS would like to confirm that ballot papers should be returned to the independent scrutineer, marked NPS Ballot, c/o Stewart & Company, Knoll House, Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3SY.

The results will be passed to the NPS but the individual ballot papers will not.  They will be stored for an appropriate period and then shredded.  Membership names and numbers are on the ballot papers in order for the scrutineers to be able to verify the papers and ensure that only one vote is cast per member.

Please remember to return your ballot paper prior to the 20th February deadline.
