Judges
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL NPS JUDGES
We have recently received a number of complaints advising us that some of our Judges have broken certain NPS rules.

We would therefore like remind you of some of the points recently raised:

1) The rider must produce the membership card in the ring at the time when the rosette is awarded for Silver Medals, Olympia and all other NPS classes.

2) All Qualification Cards must have the membership number and the ponies name written on at the time of the presentation in the ring by the Judge or Steward.

3) If you have been asked to judge at a Championship Final, please do not judge any other qualifiers for the same section.

4) Please remember to strip at least 6 ponies for all Ridden Classes except Lead Rein & First Ridden.

We trust that you will agree that the observance of NPS rules is crucial, and that you will abide by them fully whilst judging for the NPS or for NPS affiliated classes at any show.

Please refer to pages 1 - 10 in your NPS Rule Book on a regular basis.

PLEASE NOTE:

Any Judge who has not attended a Judges Conference/Training Day in the last 5 years, there will be a chance to attend a Training Day on Saturday 18th October 2008 at Askham Bryan College in Yorkshire.
